Will this work with the shortened mag well of a FightLite SCR “feature-less” ARish lower?

It will not. The XCR does not have a standard AR trigger guard. Without that the Sylvan Magwell will not attach to a rifle.

Will this stop you from using Surefire 60rd magazines since they're wider?

The Surefire Magazine will not work with this magazine well.
