Will this work with the jack 9mm ar9 lower?

No the Timney Triggers Competition Trigger 75th Anniversary AR-15 will not work in that lower. However, this trigger here should work.

The Timney Triggers Competition Trigger 75th Anniversary is designed for Mil-Spec AR15's, so it might work in an AR10. I recommend using the Timney Triggers AR-10 Competition Trigger located at the link below.

Will this trigger work with the IWI X95 ?

The Timney Triggers Competition Trigger 75th Anniversary AR-15 Trigger will not work in an IWI X95. The trigger listed at the link below will work for an IWI Tavor X95.
