What is the visual difference between the duplex crosshair and moa reticles?

The different reticles of the Trijicon Credo HX CRHX424 1-4x24mm Rifle Scope are displayed in the product images on the left side of the product page. Those images will show you what each reticle looks like.

What is the visual difference between the duplex and MOA reticle?

The Trijicon Credo HX CRHX424 1-4x24mm Rifle Scopes with the Duplex reticle do not have any holdover or elevation marks in the reticle like the MOA Hunter Reticle.

I’m not clear, will this see IR light ?

No, this scope will not allow you to see infrared light. This scope reticle is illuminated and has multiple brightness settings depending on how bright your surrounding are.
