What is the difference between this and the Trybe Mil-spec 5.56 complete BCG?

The TRYBE Defense Mil-Spec 5.56 Enhanced Complete Bolt Carrier Group also has enhanced gas key screws and cam pin. While the TRYBE Defense Mil-Spec AR-15 .223/5.56/.300 AAC Complete Bolt Carrier Group BCG does not.

If I change my BCG, do I need to change my buffer and spring?

You will not need to change your buffer assembly with the only thing you are swapping out is the BCG for the TRYBE Defense Mil-Spec 5.56 Enhanced Complete Bolt Carrier Group.
