It is standard anodizing.

These are NOT anodized - there is no practical way to anodize stainless steel, the base material of these slides. Per Trybe, they are condition 900 hardened which is a heat-treating and soaking process that imparts desirable hardness and color characteristics. Condition 900 treated stainless steel is durable and rust resistant.
