Does it have an internal rechargeable battery? How long will the bullhorn’s power last? What is the sound range?

Yes, this comes with a rechargeable battery. UZI does not note how long the power lasts, but the sound range is approximately 500 meters.

does the siren on this megaphone sound like a police siren, starting with a low tone and quickly going higher tone then repeating?

The siren starts with a medium pitch and then increases quickly, but does not sound quite like a police siren.
