I have the same set but my Vortex Precision Matched Rings won't fit..Do I need to file for fit?

The Vortex Precision Matched Rings come in picatinny and weaver options. Since these are weaver bases it is likely that you have the picatinny rings and that is why they are not fitting. Please email us at TechSales@OpticsPlanet.com so that we can go over some options with you.
