8WD015-710 is applied to an 8WP23-15-374 pedestal which is a 15" fixed ped so it will not allow you to adjust the height up, and down. The 8WD015-6-710 comes with an 8WD21-374 which will allow to adjust that pedestal height from 12 inches to 18 inches.
