The Night Vision does not work through glass. The glass will reflect the IR light signal.
Unfortunately, X-Vision does not provide that information. The only information I could find is that they are not made in the USA. I apologize for the inconvenience, and I suggest reaching out to the manufacturer.
The X-Vision Hands Free Deluxe Digital Night Vision Binoculars have an IR Illuminator. So it will not give off visible light.
I recommend contacting the manufacturer in regards to a replacement head mount for the X-Vision Hands Free Night Vision Deluxe Binoculars.
