Zev does not currently offer an extended base mag for Glock 19. Here is a link to an alternative:

A video was put out. They do infact work with glock 19 magazines. Actually Zev tech ships their glock 19 variants with these exact magazine extensions and even with the same springs in this kit. And it has been confirmed to work at the range without flaws.
