I have A zodi camp shower, haven't used in years, just checking to see if it still works. Does it have to be attached to the propane for water to flow

Yes, you would need a 16.4 oz propane cylinder attached to operate the unit.

Does this product have its own water reservoir? If so how many gallons?

No, this does not include a water container/reservoir.

You should be able to use the pump with any water container.
