The Combat Gauze 350 from QuikClot First Aid, Emergency Products for Military, Law Enforcement, First Responders works fast! This first aid kit has been chosen by the US Military as their exclusive choice for extreme bleeding in wartime injuries. QuikClot First Aid, Emergency Products for Military, Law Enforcement, First Responders's Combat Hemostatic Gauze 350 is safe and less expensive than thrombin or shellfish based products. With little or no training, anyone can apply the gauze to the affected area to quickly clot bleeding. This product is flexible and absorbant. Use the Quik Clot Combat Gauze LE for temporary control of traumatic external bleeding along with manual pressure. This sterile gauze is vacuum-packed and Z-folded hemostatic dressing ready for immediate first aid.image
