Most Helpful Positive Review Best All-round training shoe.
I've had these shoes for a year and a half. I CrossFit five days a week for 1.5 hours a day. I weight 210lbs and have a titanium plate in my ankle. I run for miles in this shoe, climb the 25 foot rope, olympic weight lift, row, and do everything in these shoes. This the only sneaker I own, not because of financial restraints, but because they're the best. No overpaid celebrity or hype, just real people who need the best tool for the mission. 100% rock solid shoe.

5.11 Tactical Recon Trainer Boots

The 5.11 Tactical Recon Trainer boots are actually more like a 1/2 sole tennis shoe. It is quite comfortable and seems to be made to walk on carpet, not outside due to the 1/2 sole. The pix is lighter than the actual orange color. It is quite nice, though. It's great for training matts, inside a bldg. etc.

The 5.11 Recon Trainer is my favorite shoe. I have 5 different pairs/colors, and wear them for a multitude of activities. They fit well, wear well, and look fantastic. You just simply can't go wrong with these shoes.

511 tactical

Hands down best sneaker I ever trained worry both at gym and great for walking too. They are light but supportive as I put them to the test on every machine and leg exercise at the gym. I will be buying another pair.
