I've also used 5.11's 1.75 Operator belt and actually prefer the TDU for IWB carry. Stiffened belts like the Operator are nice but become very uncofortable at the end of a long day. The TDU still gives enough support but stays more comfortable longer, not to mention it is cheaper!
Pros: Light weight, durable
Cons: Sometimes a little hard to get really tight
