Purchased to install on my Canik TP9SC.. No installation problem and turns on with removal of cover and off with cover placed back on... actually turns off in the dark. I have fired over 300 rounds with no on off problems or lost zero. I have an ADE RD3 009 on my Ruger and it holds zero perfectly, (approximately 2500 rounds)which prompted me to purchase the SPIKE for my Canik.
