Put the first 150 rounds through my Sig P365X with the spike mounted and there were no issues at all. I own other ADE Red Dots and they have all also worked flawlessly. What I really like about the Spike is that compared to even the more expensive Red Dots that fit the RMSc mount, is the obvious superior build quality, being metal and glass instead of plastic and plastic. The built in rear dot sights co-witness perfectly with my Sig P365X. Several mounting screw sets were also included.
