So far it’s been as advertised no real issues. Not crazy that it stays on all the time but the battery has lasted so far. Keeping the hood on helps with battery life as advertised but it tends to fall off to easy. That being said you have to train yourself to remove the hood and store it super man fast in a real life situation. All in all I’m happy with it.
