The packaging was exceptional the order process was quick and easy. The Install was very quick. However they required tools are not included which left me scrambling to find the correct sizes. After install I took my Remington 870 to the range and not only does this ATI product look very nice it functions even better. It is recoil eating my accuracy seem to improve also. The pistol grip on the shotgun I thought was going to be awkward at first but after a few minutes of handling the the gun the pistol grip felt natural. The 12 gauge recoil is all but elminated with this product.
