The diameter of the gas port in the Aero Precision adjustable gas block is significantly smaller than the gas port in the Aero standard low profile or solid gas block. These are tricky to line up, I used a borescope. There is little room for error because the gas port in the Aero gas block is about the same size as the gas port in my Aero barrel. And it needs to be securely fastened in place to prevent it from shifting position over time.
