I ordered this muzzle brake to be used on a Seekins Havak PH2 in 7 PRC. The diameter of the brake is very close to the same diameter as the barrel. It threads on nicely and mates up well with the barrel. It does reduce recoil but not as substantially as some other brakes do. I have this same brake on a Ruger American and it mates up with the barrel so well that you would think it came on the rifle from the factory.
Pros:
- Mates up well with the barrel diameter
Cons:
- Not the best brake for reducing recoil
Best Used for:
- Replacing the ugly muzzle thread nut on a Ruger American
