Scope owner. - Armasight Zeus Pro 640 4-32x100mm Thermal Imaging Weapon Sight

To start off my experience I opened the box and there were parts missing. Part #11 the armasight key was missing and the battery cap insert that key removes was missing also. These are needed to use the AA battery option instead of only 123 batteries. Secondly the picture quality is far less than desirable. Neither of these options have been resolved. It is next to impossible to get a person on the phone to express your problems. So my scope has poor picture quality compaired to other cheaper models and brands Im comparing to my friends equipment. So i called armasight i reached a nice young man that told me that aramsight was "a sock in the wind after issues with FLIR" so they can't sell parts . I wanted to buy my missing parts and see if my poor picture quality could be resolved. I was informed they don't have agents to sell parts either. I also wanted to buy an extra lens cap. That was a no go for the same reason. I asked for a friend who had a similar model to mine who had a reticle disappearing problem if he could possibly send it in for repair and how he could go about it. He said if it is out of warranty armasight dosen't service them at all. These are my issues hopefully this is helpful to everyone involved and considering a thermal .
