A plate is supplied by Barska to fit to the mini 14. This plate is used to attach the mount containing the picatinny rail. Problem is the plate & mount do not lock up solidly. There is vertival movement in the picatinny rail when fitted (movement between the plate and the mount) and this will not hold a zero.
Pros: None
Cons: Will not hold zero
