Room enough for firearm, a holster or 2, magazine holster, a box of shells, could put your safety glasses in a case in a pocket although the ear muffs might not fit (plugs would be ok), slots for magazines, i like all the padding inside, handles on the outside and an over the shoulder strap included.
Pros: Lots of room and different compartments for equipment, good padding for the firearm
Cons: Magazine slots are a bit large.
