I purchased this for my Henry Big Boy Blue Steel Lever action Rifle. It fits beautifully, has great padding , heavy duty zipper. I would rocommend this to a friend and I am definitely going to buy another Boyt. Well made and very satisfied. Steve

excellent rifle case

The materials and workmanship are excellent. This case reminds me of the case my Grandfather kept his rifle in, back in the 60's. Old school rifle case. You will not be disappointed in this Boyt product.

Best gun case for the money

Not only is this a well made product, but the design and the shoulder strap are excellent designs. And, OpticsPlanet's price is always fair and delivery is light speed. The case fits the Ruger Scout Rifle perfectly and the lining provides a soft and protective case.

Great Product!

This is the most well built soft case I have ever owned, quality built and construction, no flaws not even in the stitching. Only improvement I could think of would be make the front pocket a zipped enclosure vs. a Velcro one.

BOYT Alaskan Scoped Soft Gun Case

This is my second BOYT case (they really last). Excellent materials & construction.

Slim profile (looks good) Side pocket is very handy.

Rugged canvas shell with soft cloth interior is much nicer than the typical nylon case(s).

This is an good example of "you get what you pay for" - so treat that favorite rifle to a BOYT ... you won't be sorry.

Want the best and possibly your last gun case?

When I hired a gun instructor to teach me the ropes of sporting clays he mentioned Boyt gun cases as the best gun case to purchase. Both he and I agreed we liked quality products over less quality items. I took his advice and purchased Boyt bags for both my shotgun and rifle. I couldn't be more pleased. If you are tired of buying a cheap gun bag only to find the 'under-nurished' zipper has come apart after a year or two of use buy a Boyt case. Right away you will see the zipper is nicer and beefier than other gun cases and the workmanship put into the case material is second to none. Best case EVER!
