The original stock on my new AK (triangular) was very hard and uncomfortable. The worst part about it was it was stationary and I wanted a folder. This stock fit the bill perfectly. It's very comfortable and folds clear and snaps closed.

This is my second Vortex Crossfire II. The one recently purchased is mounted on my 224 Valykre and has not been to the range yet. However, my other one is mounted on an AR 10 in 6.5 Creedmoor and the magnification is the same, 6-24. It is crisp and clear even at the highest power. Adjustment is good and not too mushy. The scope has a feel of a well made glass and appears to be much more expensive. The price and magnification is what drew me to this rifle scope. Also noteworthy is the scope holding zero. Granted it's only mounted on a 6.5 but all adjustments appear to be holding well without locking in. The higher end Vortex comes with extras which I don't need, so this one fits the bill for me. Optics Planet, as usual is great to deal with. They also have some of the best prices around and their shipping is always fast. The Vortex guarantee is also great. Can't miss with this purchase.

Shipping was fast and the product was easily installed without concerns about crush washers, shims or timing. The back nut holds the Brake on tight. At the range the device just works. Cut down on recoil and kept the barrel down.

It's a Magpul! Fit is fantastic and color matches with all their other products. FDE should be the same regardless who manufactured it but it's not always the case. Shades differ greatly and do not look right when they're mismatched in MHO. This one is perfect.
