Gen 5 glock extended control kit - Centennial Defense Systems Extended Control Kit for Gen 5 Glock

I have to inform you that I gave this kit a less than perfect review for one reason. The quality of the gold pin kit and the gen 5 Glock take down lever is awesome! The slide release, not so much. It's difficult to explain how this slide release works in a way that everyone can understand without showing pictures or a video, but I'll try. On a gen 5 Glock, your trigger pin intersects with three parts, the locking block, the trigger, and the slide release. If one of those pieces are off by a fraction of an inch, the Glock won't function properly. In this case, the slide release wasn't bent to Glock OEM specs. It placed the trigger in a bind so it wouldn't function properly and rubbed against the inside of the frame not allowing it to engage the slide and lock it to the rear when cycling it with an empty magazine. Out of the three items in this kit, the slide release was the only issue I had. The quality of the take down lever and the pins is great.
