When I received these, they were not collimated. However there are collimation screws that can be turned using eyeglass replair screw drivers. They located under the rubber covering the had grips. I was able to put it in alignment and have never had problems since. You can collimate it yourself without problems! Why Celestron does not tell you or include collimation instructions is beyond me. It's simple to do!
Pros: Nice Optics
Cons: Celestron Customer Support Stinks
