Quality material used throughout, stitching looks solid, webbing is tight and thick (hasn't curled or rolled over). Buckle is a heavy duty metal not plastic and uses a simple loop over pass through design with the velcro providing an easy variable adjustment to accommodate a range of sizes. If you need to get the maximum length out of the belt, you can actually just do a single loop at the buckle (rather than back threading through the entire buckle). The hook and loop will still provide enough grab that it holds everything in place.
