When received in the mail immediately adjusted for belt size. Adjuster screw somewhat difficult to retighten in threads. Wish the screw was a bit longer for adjusting purposes. Once on the belt, the retention was great as advertised. Able to draw pistol without any apprehension or hesitation---thumb break works perfectly. Good for training classes and everyday carry. Very concealable with long shirt or jacket.
