Design flaw with supplied hardware - GG&G Mossberg 930 Side Saddle Shell Holder

Supplied bolts causes action to jam/malfunction. Won't cycle. Elevator won't move freely. Bolt will freeze in place after bolt release button is pressed. Supplied bolts will eventually eat away at receiver due to recoil. I called GG&G customer service for a solution but was treated in a rude fashion by the customer service representative. I guess I was insulting when I explained that I was having trouble with their flawed product. My Mossberg 930 works perfectly fine when using the stock pins. Go figure! I can engineer a solution to this problem but I shouldn't have to after spending close to $100 for a side saddle. This will be the last GG&G product I spend my hard earned money on! Steer clear of GG&G products. I recommend using a more reputable brand.
