Solar panels that work
The nomad 20 solar panel came quickly to Alaska. It was easy to use and figure out what all the chords are for. Instructions were simple, brief and clear enough. Pros: 1. It Works. Recharged a large power source quickly. I use that to charge devices at night. 2. Partial sun and cloudy days it still charged, just slower. 3. I like the ability to clip it to tent or trees to get optimum sun exposure. 4. Comes in a nice case easy to pack and the net storage area holds recharging power packs. Cons: 1. It is heavy and large. Good Kit For The Field
This is a solid and robust portable solar panel that is small enough to carry and yet offers enough capacity to keep your small electronics powered while away from home. A good feature is that it can be daisy chained with other panels to increase output.

Works as described
The solar panel works well with both the Yeti and the 500. Just be aware that it takes some time to charge your Yeti and direct sunlight is best. he package insert is about right on the charging time.
