Much potential but falls short. - Harris Engineering Model BRM Series 1A2 6-9in. Bipod

I have heard nothing but good things regarding Harris bipods. However, I walk away feeling that I spent my hard earned cash on a disappointing product. No matter what I do the rifle is horribly canted to the right making for uneven crosshairs when rested on a level surface. The crosshairs are leveled to the action as they should be. I have mounted this bipod on four rifles (3 different Ruger Americans and a Remington 700) and I have the same problem with each one. Crosshairs dipping dramatically to the right. I recently bought a Magpul QD Bipod and it is a superior product in every way. Save the extra cash and buy the Magpul QD bipod. Also, the right leg does not like to collapse all the way without some fooling around and the spring releases for the legs do not always work as they should. It appears to be well built out of quality parts but I am disappointed with this bipod.
