The hss 30 foot lifeline - Hunter Safety System 30ft Lifeline W/single Carabiner

I wish I'd known about the reflective weave around the safety rope four years ago. I would have purchased this line earlier. The initial cost was a preventative factor for me and at this years Sportmans' Show I purchased the Hunter Safety System Lifeline. Having just moved my ladder stand and adding another four foot section of steps brought my elevation to approximately 21 feet. My first initial climb was scary and when I finally attached the HSS Lifeline it gave me an added level of security that I've been needing.

Climbing down using the three points of contact rule and utilizing the HSS harness attachment and Prussic knot was very reassuring. The next morning, imagine my surprise when I eased back into the stand area before first light and my headlamps red light illuminated the reflective cords woven throughout the safety line wrappings! It made finding my stand in the dark amazingly simple.

I will purchase additional lines for my other ladder stands and will absolutely recommend my hunt club budget for the purchase of additional lines for the safety of our members.
