Junk, horrible customer service - Laser Genetics ND 3 x 50mm Sub-zero Laser Designator w/ Scope Mount

Ordered an ND 3x50 Subzero. Just under $500. Never worked below 40*, after exactly 2 years and about 10 uses it quit working completely. Put new batteries in, nothing. Didnt even outlast the first set of batteries.

I sent the laser back to Laser Genetics for repair or replacement. The product has a 1 year warranty, but surely Laser Genetics would stand behind their product and make this right, considering the short time I had it and the products catastrophic failure.. right? Nope! David Marshall, customer service rep for Laser Genetics, said they would not repair or replace it. However, they would send me a new one for $341! When I asked him if he would buy the same product for that price, after paying $500 just 2 years before and getting limited use out of it, Mr. Marshall refused to answer me. Furthermore, he said they could either send back the $10 I provided for return shipping OR my broken laser Not Both! I said send back the $10, Im not about to sink any more money into that junk light.

Just a warning stay away from all Laser Genetics products!
