Nd3x50 - Laser Genetics ND 3 x 50mm Sub-zero Laser Designator w/ Scope Mount

ok the nd3 is awesome, i ordered the nd3x50 did not work when i got it, the light would just flash when you went to turn it on, so to retuen this i have to print off 5 pages of paper work, send it back in, just to have them email me and tell me i need to print off more numbers to exchange it, with the same number in the paper work i originally had to send back with the item. so when i called them the lady just said how bout i refund you and you can just buy what ever you want...... really its a 400 plus dollar light you think they would work a little harder on customer satisfaction.
