A start into reloading. Pros: It does full length resize empty cases. Low price
Cons: Noisy due use of soft face plastic mallet needed (about 12 oz weight. Red and yellow tip models available at Home Depot. Use yellow tip), making hammering noises. May disturb any nearby neighbors in some situations. Resized cases make a "ping" sound when driven out of sizing die.
You need some kind of arrangement to hammer on. Thick wood, tree stump, heavy work bench, etc. You will need a Lee Case trimmer for.45ACP
Need case lube for resizing empty cases. Can get messy.
Need a hand priming tool to go along with Lee Loader. Loading primers with Lee Loader itself is terribly slow.
