I recently replaced my hand guard with a Magpul slimline hand guard. Because the new hand guard is longer than the stock hand guard, I had to remove the front sling swivel from the A2 gas block/sight. This new sling swivel was easily installed on the hand guard. The swivel is consistent with Magpul quality that one expects.
