Bought 4 of these for an AR pistol build. One would not lock the bolt open. I called the Mean Arms customer service and they advised a fix that had the bolt hold open functioning properly in less that 5 min. They even offered to replace the item if the recommended fix didnt work. Absolutely phenomenal customer service, which is rare these days. Keep doing great things!
