Product doesn’t work. - Meprolight MEPRO Mor Pro 2.2 MOA M&P Red Dot Sight

It would be great if you answered the phone. As I have called you many times over last couple of months. And only get to be placed on hold. I’m getting very tired of the Covid excuse. As half the population is nessary and disposable And the other half sets at home. I can’t rate the product until I get one that works. But by default had to rate product and answer recommend product. Not fair to the manufacture unless quality control has gone down hill. I’ve had great luck with a large number of products before made by Meprolight. Not sure of why this one doesn’t work.
