I like that the top comes off and serves as a little tray that I can eject my spent brass into before dumping it in a bag. I've been using them for many years and they will last forever. Also the way the cover slides onto the base means 38 and 357 both fit great. Even though the cover doesn't snap shut, I've never had one open or spill accidentally. If you're worried about it put a rubber band around the box, but it's not necessary.
