It came with one of the screws cross-threaded. I had to retap the hole and replace the screw. One of the locating pins was broken off, and it had extra holes. The hex wrench that came with it was soft and slightly undersized. After fixing these issues, it works fine. Next time I'll spend more money and save myself the hassle.
Pros: inexpensive
Cons: cheaply made
