When I received the rings, they were missing a retaining nut and bracket. I contacted NcStar and they sent two of each w/o cost to me. The rings are all steel and good design, they fit the scopes well and feel sturdy. I have had no problems with them.
Pros: All Steel, good fit, appealing
Cons: prefer philips/flat head screws over supplied Hexhead
