Great product, bad service - Odin Works Forend Ragna M-lok 12.5" Ar-15

On June 14th I ordered a new Odin Works Ragna M-lok 12.5" Ar-15 F-12-ML-RA Color: Black forend which was (and still is) on sale for $123.30. My order was delivered on June 21st, and after a brief inspection of the product I realized that only one of two required “set-screws” was included. I contacted you and Odin Works directly and a replacement set (2) of set-screws was mailed to me with a tracking number on the same day. I knew I would not have time to install the new forend until the next weekend, so I didn’t really give the rest of the hardware included with my order a close inspection until I was ready to install. I quickly realized that none of the proper screws (3) for mounting the Ragna forend to the barrel nut were in the box, and the six screws that were provided in the box were way too short to actually work with the Ragna forend. Being as I also own an Odin Works O2 Lite 12.5” forend, which is mounted on another rifle, I compared the two and quickly realized that the screws provided with my order were actually the screws (6) for an O2 Lite forend. Same company (Odin Works) but different attachment styles. The only correct screw included with my order arrived already screwed into the forend (not in a proper zip bag) and was scuffed up, and all 4 of the additional necessary mounting screws were missing. I am pretty sure this item had already been purchased by a previous customer and returned for some reason without the correct hardware. I have ordered many gun related items from Optics Planet over the past 10-years and have never had a bad experience until now. I have since asked Odin Works (have been very helpful throughout this experience) to please send me a set of three OEM mounting screws. I sent a more detailed version of this review via e-mail to Optics Planet customer service, thinking they would rise to the occasion, be apologetic, and maybe throw me a coupon or something for my trouble, but the only response I received was a generic "sorry for the inconvenience" email message.
Despite the lack of customer service from OP, maybe selling a used item as new, and the missing hardware, this AR-15 forend is a work of art, super light (9oz w/nut and hardware), and looks amazing paired with my Fortis receivers. I highly recommend Odin Works' products and both of forends I have purchased (O2 Lite & Ragna) from them are tip-of-the-spear!
