My Benchrest guns are 53" long and it is difficult to find a carry case that provides adequate protection and meets the legal requirements of gun transport in a vehicle. The Pelican 1770 case meets this need and ease of customizing the extra foam insert exceeded my expectations!
Pros: The extra custom interior foam
Cons: Weight, but it needs to be well built
