Not made to keymod specification - Presma Super Slim Keymod .223/5.56 Freefloat Handguards

I am honestly surprised this product has nothing but 5 star reviews. When I received my Presma Super Slim Keymod Handguard, I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary until I went to put a BCM KeyMod QD sling point attachment on it. That is when I realized the slight bevel cut on the underside of ALL of the KeyMod slots was missing. No KeyMod attachments will actually fit this product. I reached out to Presma by phone, and got in touch with Michael Di Blasi. I was initially concerned that I may have received a counterfeit product, and that is why it was not made to KeyMod specification. That was until Michael claimed KeyMod doesn't have any specifications. What? How do you make a standardized part without a technical drawing including measurements, tolerances, and specifications? Michael said he would get back in touch with me so I could send the handguard to Presma, and that he would help with resolving the issue. I have since reached out to Michael via phone and email over the past few months without response. Frankly, the fact that Presma believes there is no KeyMod specification is indicative to me that they may not understand what they are making. BCM provided me with the simplified technical drawing (designed by VLTOR Weapon Systems) when I contacted them, and the same drawing is readily accessible online. I forwarded it to Michael for reference. When combined with the lack of customer support for the product, I really can't suggest anyone purchase this product unless you want a slim handguard and don't want to put attachments on it. This has been an all-around frustrating and disappointing experience. Again, I cannot for the life of me understand why this has nothing but 5 star reviews.
