Primary arms gen 4 magnifier: fantastic for the price! - Primary Arms Classic 3X LER GEN IV Red Dot Sights Magnifier

I wanted a 1x optic for most of the shooting I do with my AR, but wanted the option of slight magnification for the longer range shooting I do when out plinking. A flip-to-side red dot magnifier seemed like a good option, but didn't want to fork out the cash on a Eotech or Aimpoint. A couple buddies of mine have Primary Arms optics and have nothing but good things to say about them, so I was leaning toward this one. Looks were also important, and this was one of the better-looking magnifiers out there in my price range.

I combined this with the GG&G flip-to-side mount, and it mounts up with just enough space behind my Aimpoint Micro-style red dot (again, don't want to spend as much on my optic system as I did the rest of the rifle, combined). It's pretty clear and is as expected from the reviews I read about it. It is a little bulkier than I'd like but, from what I read (I don't have an Eotech, myeslf), is only slightly larger than an Eotech magnifier.
