Great holster for hk compact .45 - Safariland 070 Duty Holster, SSIII Mid-Ride, Level III Retention - Plain Black, Right Hand 070-293-161

I really appreciate the level of retention the Safariland 070 holster. It is definitely a holster that requires a good deal of practice, which can be said of all holsters but this one in particular because you must be able to unsnap two snaps simultaneously, tilt back and draw. This can be achieved but would definitely opt for spring loaded hammer stap or a level I retention holster especially for those accustomed to level I. I personnally like the level III and am accustomed to it and feel confident that my weapon will be at the ready if need be.
Pros: High level of retention and great fit
Cons: Learning curve and break in time
