Got screwed - Sighting System Instruments Shotgun Laser-Light Combo w/ Pressure Switch

When I contacted OpticsPlanet, I was told to return the device, and they would ship another one. An email instructed me to ship it back via UPS or FedEx, which I did. Another email followed, later, instructing me to print an attached label to send this item back postage free. Too late, I already returned it for a cost of $10. I doubt I will ever get this company to pay this expense, so this sighting system cost me $10 more than it should have. Not a good buy at all. This really sucks!
Pros: Appears to be high quality material and craftsmanship
Cons: Arrived minus one mounting screw
