Disapointed - SOG PowerLock EOD Multi-Tool

The pliers are by far the the best pair I have seen on a multi-tool, I would even put them up against regular needle nose pliers. The tool it's self is well built it feels like you could use it for a hammer or jam the the pliers in something and twist it without worries of breaking it. However the piano locking mech doesn't work well at all in my opinion. First of all all the tools have to line up in order for the lock tooth to seat in the tool you are going to lock. So when you pull the tool out you want to use and another tool follows with it it won't lock up you have to seat the other tool before it will lock. Even then I find I have to push the lock in before it works and when it is locked there is a lot of play in the tool, it wiggles a lot. Then I have accidentally pushed the lock with my palm as I am using the knife. Like if you were pushing the blade into something and hit the lock, the knife will open and overextend. I really can't believe these guys blew it.
