This is a great etched reticle. The center dot isn't crowded by a thick horseshoe or a lot of extra markings. it is very clear and precise.
It does illuminate the entire reticle, so unlike some internet pictures, you cannot illuminate dot only.
The reticle is very useable without ilum under normal daylight.
The field of view isn't as large as the Sig Bravo4, but the reticle is much more useable, and the glass is excellent for this price point.
Size, weight, magnification, objective lens, light transmision, and reticle pattern are comparable to an Elcan Spectre DR, but at a much more affordable price.
